Payment Methods

We accept payments by Mastercard and Visa either credit or debit cards via our card processor PayPal We can also accept a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank or cash in GBP. Currently no VAT is charged on our items.

Delivery Charges-Please note that we try to despatch all orders within 48 WORKING hours ie Mon to Fri.

Delivery Charges are as follows.

UK - Standard Shipping is £1 per order. Yes £1 per order so the more you order the cheaper the shipping becomes per item.

EU-is a standard £3 per order dependant on weight etc. If shipping is for very heavy items we may have to revise the amount and contact you with options for payment or cancellation.

Rest of the World-is £5 per order dependant on weight etc. If shipping is for very heavy items we may have to revise the amount and contact you with options for payment or cancellation.

Please note that we will not ship to Africa or any other country where PayPal is not available. Any orders coming from African countries will be ignored.

Currently VAT is not payable on any of our items

Discounts

Orders over £100 in value will automatically receive a 5% discount.

Terms of Business

The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery. All goods remain the property of Danetre Flag Designs until payment is made in full. Any Import Duty or Local Taxes will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Returns

We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above).
You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after Danetre Flag Designs’s receipt of returned goods (normally within 24 hours).

If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund. Any possible or likely delays to an order will be communicated to you as soon as possible after your order via email. Please make sure the email address that you leave on our systems is correct.
